APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTIONS. 10.1 A party shall not be required to perform any obligation under this Agreement if the performance of that obligation is prohibited by the laws of any governmental authority having competent jurisdiction applicable to performance of the obligation of that Party.
