Applicable law and disputes. This Agreement and any additional agreement(s) relating to branches of Hotel Xxxxxx in The Netherlands shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands. The competent court in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes that may arise in relation to this agreement or its performance or in relation to any additional agreement concluded between Hotel Xxxxxx and the Contracting Party/Guest.
