Common use of Applicable Law, Venue, Jurisdiction and Arbitration Clause in Contracts

Applicable Law, Venue, Jurisdiction and Arbitration. This Agreement shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas (without regard to the principles of conflicts of law). This Agreement has been entered into in Dallas County, Texas and it shall be performable for all purposes in Dallas County, Texas. Any action or proceeding concerning, related to, regarding, or commenced in connection with the Agreement must be brought in accordance with the arbitration procedure described in Section 22 of the Employment Agreement.
