Applicable Law; Venue; Sovereign Immunity. This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Except as provided by applicable statute, Venue for any suit arising under this Contract is fixed in any court of competent jurisdiction of Xxxxxx County, Texas. Neither the Contract, nor any conduct of any GLO representative, shall be construed to waive sovereign immunity on behalf of the GLO or the State of Texas.
