Common use of Applicable Laws; Product Standards; Perishable Products Clause in Contracts

Applicable Laws; Product Standards; Perishable Products. Contractor will ensure that all Products will conform in all respects to Applicable Laws relating to the standards or specifications of those Products. All Products intended for human consumption will be fresh and suitable for human consumption in all respects. Contractor will identify perishable Products by means of coded markings with explanatory “keys” required to read Contractor’s coding system. On the Effective Date, Contractor will deliver to University a written report with a list of all coded markings and explanatory “keys.” Contractor will deliver to University an updated version of that report within five (5) days after Contractor changes the coding system or any explanatory “key.”
