Alcohol & Drugs. I understand that the possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages or illegal substances is prohibited at all game locations and Activities hosted by the Club. I understand that by not following the rules of the game, or by playing while intoxicated, or if there is any suspicion of intoxication, I will not be allowed to play and will not receive a refund.
Alcohol & Drugs. Permittee shall not use or possess alcohol or drugs that are illegal under state or federal law while on the Permit Area. Permittee shall not enter or remain on the Permit Area while under the influence of alcohol or drugs that may cause impairment of Permittee in the operation of a vehicle, firearm, or in engaging in any other recreational activity on the Permit Area.
Alcohol & Drugs. 23.1 All employees are obligated under the Occupational Health, Safety and Welfare Act, 1986, to ensure that they are not, by the consumption of alcohol or a drug, in such a state as to endanger their own safety or the safety of any other person whilst undertaking bushfire incident operations (Section 21, Occupation Health, Safety and Welfare Act, 1986, DENR Drug and Alcohol Policy 2009 and SACFS Chief Officer’s Standing Orders COSO 10)
23.2 No driver shall operate a Government vehicle or equipment whilst under the influence of any illegal drug, prescription drug that impairs his/her ability to undertake his/her duties, or if affected by alcohol, and all employees present for work are to be unimpaired by drugs and/or alcohol regardless of level or role (this includes employees engaged in after hours work, on stand by casual and contract employment as per the guidelines set out in the DENR Drug and Alcohol Policy 2009).
Alcohol & Drugs. 5.1 The Player agrees to abide by the club’s no tolerance policy and Big V’s regulations regarding illegal drugs and alcohol in that if they arrive under the influence of any such substance they will not participate in training or the game and may face suspension or be removed from the Club.
Alcohol & Drugs. It should be obvious to everyone that you should not operate a boat while intoxicated. Even more critical is the use of drugs or marijuana. If you are pulled over by the Harbor Police or Coast Guard for a routine equipment check or for any other reason and drugs or marijuana are found, the boat will be confiscated and not returned. If we find anyone using drugs or marijuana on our boats or find evidence of use after the rental your membership will be immediately terminated and information will be provided to the proper authorities.
Alcohol & Drugs. No alcohol, illegal drug, or controlled substance is allowed on the ranches. No individual present on a ranch shall be under the influence of alcohol or any illegal drug.
Alcohol & Drugs. The use, possession and/or sale of alcohol and drugs are prohibited. Violators will be subject to immediate suspension from the Residence Halls and University. A student does not have the right to appeal this decision.
Alcohol & Drugs. Lessee and Lessees contractor are responsible for enforcing a policy that prohibits any use of alcohol or other controlled substances on the jobsite.
Alcohol & Drugs. No member shall be armed while under the influence of alcoholic beverages or drugs and while taking medication to the extent that it would render him/her incapable of effectively using a firearm.
Alcohol & Drugs. 1. In Pennsylvania, the possession and/or use of alcohol by persons under 21 years of age is prohibited.
2. Distribution of alcohol by sale or gift to persons under 21 years of age is forbidden.
3. The sale of alcohol in a chapter house is prohibited.
4. The University’s Alcohol and Drug Policy imposes certain restrictions on private gatherings and consumption of alcohol in chapter houses – including in private bedrooms and lounge areas-during registered events. Subject to compliance with these restrictions, all other relevant University policies and all legal requirements, alcohol is permitted at private gatherings in bedrooms and lounge areas.
5. The possession, use, and/or sale of narcotics and/or other dangerous drugs in Fraternity/Sorority Chapter Houses, as elsewhere in the University, is illegal, unless prescribed by an authorized medical physician for the occupant.
