Applicable on Industrial Projects. Three dollars ($3.00) per hour in addition to their wages for all hours worked on a second or third shift. The premium shall be three dollars and fifty cents ($3.50) per hour effective May 7, 2017. All work performed in excess of eight (8) hours, Monday through Friday, (ten (10) hours pursuant to 14.08) on shift work shall be paid for at the applicable overtime rate of pay and to that shall be added the normal shift premium.
