Applicable Provisions of Law. This Indenture shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State. It is the intention of the Issuer and the Trustee that the situs of the trust created by this Indenture be, and it be administered, in the state in which is located the principal office of the Trustee from time to time acting under this Indenture.
