Violations of Law. Beginning with the submission of the UCF DHRL On-Line Agreement, and continuing until termination or cancellation of the Student’s residency, the Student must inform UCF DHRL if the Student:
A. has outstanding or pending criminal charges which have not yet been resolved;
X. has been adjudicated guilty of a criminal charge;
C. has had adjudication withheld on a criminal charge;
D. is participating in either a pre-trial diversion or a court ordered probation program on a criminal charge; and/or
E. is charged with a criminal violation during the time period described in this paragraph.
Violations of Law. (1) The Board shall immediately take all necessary steps to ensure that Bank management corrects each violation of law, rule or regulation cited in the XXX and in any subsequent Report of Examination. The quarterly progress reports required by Article II of this Agreement shall include the date and manner in which each correction has been effected during that reporting period.
(2) Within sixty (60) days, the Board shall adopt, implement, and thereafter ensure Bank adherence to specific procedures to prevent future violations as cited in the XXX and shall adopt, implement, and ensure Bank adherence to general procedures addressing compliance management which incorporate internal control systems and education of employees regarding laws, rules and regulations applicable to their areas of responsibility.
(3) Within sixty (60) days of receipt of any subsequent Report of Examination which cites violations of law, rule, or regulation, the Board shall adopt, implement, and thereafter ensure Bank adherence to specific procedures to prevent future violations as cited in the XXX and shall adopt, implement, and ensure Bank adherence to general procedures addressing compliance management which incorporate internal control systems and education of employees regarding laws, rules and regulations applicable to their areas of responsibility.
(4) Upon adoption, a copy of these procedures shall be promptly forwarded to the Assistant Deputy Comptroller.
(5) The Board shall ensure that the Bank has policies, processes, personnel, and control systems to ensure implementation of and adherence to the procedures developed pursuant to this Article.
Violations of Law. Promptly upon knowledge thereof, notice of the Borrower’s violation of any law, rule or regulation, the non-compliance with which could materially and adversely affect the financial condition, properties or operations of the Borrower.
Violations of Law. Promptly upon knowledge thereof, the Borrower will deliver to the Lender notice of the Borrower's violation of any law, rule or regulation, the non-compliance with which could materially and adversely affect the Borrower's business or its financial condition.
Violations of Law. All violations, and alleged violations, of any Environmental Law relating to a Leased Property or any activity on, in, at, under or near a Leased Property;
Violations of Law. Promptly notify FINOVA in writing of any violation of any law, statute, regulation or ordinance of any governmental entity, or of any agency thereof, applicable to Borrower which may materially and adversely affect the Collateral or Borrower's business, assets, prospects, operations or condition, financial or otherwise;

5.19.1 has outstanding or pending criminal charges that have not yet been resolved;
5.19.2 has been adjudicated guilty of a criminal charge;
5.19.3 has had adjudication withheld on a criminal charge;
5.19.4 is participating in either a pre-trial diversion or a court ordered probation program on a criminal charge; and/or
5.19.5 is charged with a criminal violation during the time described in this paragraph. A criminal charge or criminal violation, as used in this Agreement, is any conduct for which Student has been, is, or may be prosecuted by law enforcement officials, where the potential penalty includes detention in a prison or jail facility regardless of duration, or payment of a fine of more than $500. Student shall provide appropriate documentation of any of the items described in this paragraph, as well as any additional documents requested by DHRL related to any of the items described in this paragraph.
Violations of Law. No later than three days after discovery of any violation, a Record notifying Xxxxx Fargo of Company’s violation of any law, rule or regulation, the non-compliance with which could have a Material Adverse Effect on Company.

(5) The Board shall ensure that the Bank has policies, processes, personnel, and control systems to ensure implementation of and adherence to the procedures developed pursuant to this Article.
Violations of Law. The School will promptly notify the Authorizer of all complaints that allege that a violation of state or federal law or regulation has been committed by the School, its employees or agents, unless such reporting would be in non-compliance with a state or federal law.
