Applicable Rules Where a matter relating to investment is governed by this Agreement and simultaneously by the national legislation of either Contracting Party or international obligations existing at present or future by the contracting parties, investors of the other contracting party may avail itself of the provisions that are most favourable.

Applicable and Governing Law and Applicable Regulations 31.1. If a settlement is not reached by the means described in paragraph 30.1, all disputes and controversies arising out of or in connection with the Agreement shall be finally settled in court in the Republic of Cyprus.
Applicable Rules and Regulations The Account and each transaction therein shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement and to (a) all applicable laws and the regulations, rules and orders (collectively "regulations") of all regulatory and self-regulatory organizations having jurisdiction and (b) the constitution, by-laws, rules, regulations, orders, resolutions, interpretations and customs and usages (collectively "rules") of the market and any associated clearing organization (each an "exchange") on or subject to the rules of which such transaction is executed and/or cleared. The reference in the preceding sentence to exchange rules is solely for DWR's protection and DWR's failure to comply therewith shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or relieve Customer of any obligation or responsibility under this Agreement. Loop Testing/Trouble Reporting 2.1.6.1 Think 12 will be responsible for testing and isolating troubles on the Loops. Think 12 must test and isolate trouble to the BellSouth portion of a designed/non- designed unbundled Loop (e.g., UVL-SL2, UCL-D, UVL-SL1, UCL-ND, etc.) before reporting repair to the UNE Customer Wholesale Interconnection Network Services (CWINS) Center. Upon request from BellSouth at the time of the trouble report, Think 12 will be required to provide the results of the Think 12 test which indicate a problem on the BellSouth provided Loop.
Applicable Regulations If an issue relating to investments is covered both by this Agreement and by the national legislation of one Contracting Party or by international conventions, existing or to be subscribed to by the Parties in the future, the investors of the other Contracting Party shall be entitled to avail themselves of the provisions that are the most favourable to them.

Acceptable Uses a. An Authorized Licensee User runs and uses the Model through the AnyLogic Software (i.e. on a computer where the AnyLogic Software is installed) manually, not via any kind of remote interface. This is an acceptable use regardless whether the Model was developed using the same installation of the AnyLogic Software or not, by the same Authorized Licensee User or not, or by the same Licensee or not. In this case, the Authorized Licensee User is also the End User.
