Applicable State Law. A. In the event there is a conflict between a provision of this Agreement and any applicable state law, all other provisions of the Agreement which are not in conflict with any applicable state law, shall continue in full force and effect in accordance with their terms. B. If, during the terms of this Agreement, there is a change in any application of State law, which would invalidate any provision of this Agreement, the parties will meet to negotiate any necessary change in the agreement relative to the affected provision only.
