Authorities and Responsibilities. 1. TWFG has access to certain insurance markets and companies (the “Companies”), and AGENT desires to use those markets. Available markets may change without notice.
1.1. Pursuant to request that the underwriting facilities of TWFG be made available to AGENT, TWFG hereby grants authority to AGENT to receive proposals for such contracts of Insurance as TWFG has authority lawfully to make; subject, however, to the restrictions placed upon such AGENT by the laws of the State where AGENT does business (“Resident State”) and further limited to the following terms and conditions which are mutually agreed upon between TWFG and AGENT.
1.2. AGENT may receive proposals for insurance covering only such classes of risks and in such amounts as TWFG, may, from time to time, by letter, underwriting guide, rate chart or other written instructions, authorize AGENT to write; and collect and receive premiums on insurance (limited by the terms and conditions hereinafter stated) submitted by AGENT to, and accepted by, TWFG. TWFG and/or Carrier reserves the right to cancel or modify any insurance contract at any time.
1.3. AGENT is being given a Binding Authority Appointment with TWFG in most cases and non-binding authority in a few instances.

Authorities and Responsibilities. 4.1 A Chief Bylaw Enforcement Officer appointed, designated and engaged pursuant to this Bylaw is, in the execution of his duties, a person engaged for the preservation and maintenance of the public peace and has all the powers necessary for the enforcement of the Bylaws of the Municipality.
4.2 A Bylaw Enforcement Officer appointed, designated and engaged pursuant to this Bylaw is, in the execution of his duties, a person engaged for the preservation and maintenance of the public peace and has all the powers necessary for the enforcement of the Bylaws or sections thereof he has been authorized by the Chief Bylaw Enforcement Officer to enforce.
4.3 Notwithstanding Section 3.1 herein, a Chief Bylaw Enforcement Officer and a Bylaw Enforcement Officer appointed, designated and engaged pursuant to this Bylaw shall not have the power to apprehend, search or detain any person unless otherwise expressly stated in any Bylaw.
4.4 Upon a person being appointed, designated and engaged as a Chief Bylaw Enforcement Officer or Bylaw Enforcement Officer, he shall take the official oath prescribed by the Oaths of Office Act (Alberta) before entering upon his duties.
4.5 Upon a person being appointed, designated and engaged as a Chief Bylaw Enforcement Officer or a Bylaw Enforcement Officer, he shall be issued with a means of identification by the Municipal Manager which he shall carry on his person at all times when he is on duty or performing functions as a Chief Bylaw Enforcement Officer or a Bylaw Enforcement Officer.
4.6 The powers and duties of a Chief Bylaw Enforcement Officer shall include the following:
4.6.1. ensuring that the Bylaws of the Municipality are enforced within the boundaries of the Town and of the Municipality as appropriate;
4.6.2. supervising the performance and conduct of the Bylaw Enforcement Officers of the Municipality;
4.6.3. reporting to and carrying out the directions of the Corporate Services Director or, in his absence, the Municipal Manager;
Authorities and Responsibilities. The authorities and responsibilities under subsections (a), (b), and (c) of section 311 and subsection (f) of section 308 of the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxxxx Act (16 U.S.C. 1861, 1858) and paragraphs (2), (3), and (7) of section 310(b) of the Antarctic Marine Living Resources Convention Act of 1984 (16 U.S.C. 2439(b)) shall apply with respect to enforcement of this title.
Authorities and Responsibilities. Quadrax hereby employs Mx. Xxxxxxx and Mx. Xxxxxxx hereby accepts employment with Quadrax and agrees to provide his full-time exclusive services to Quadrax as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer. In that capacity, Mx. Xxxxxxx agrees to perform the functions and duties incident to the positios of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Furthermore, Mx. Xxxxxxx shall have all the authority and responsibility commonly associated with those titles, and in particular, shall have full authority:
2.1 to employ (and to terminate), on behalf of the corporation, any and all such Vice Presidents of Quadrax, Presidents of any subsidiaries of Quadrax, General Managers, Managers, Supervisors and other employees as Mx. Xxxxxxx shall deem necessary or appropriate to the conduct of the business of the corporation; to delegate to such employees such authority as he shall determine; and to determine the compensation to be paid to any such employee, all consistent with the employee policies and procedures as promulgated by the Board of Directors of Quadrax; and
2.2 to authorize expenditures by and to contract liabilities for the corporation in the ordinary course of business in amounts up to $50,000 without special Board approval.
Authorities and Responsibilities. The Executive shall have -------------------------------- authorities and responsibilities normally attendant to the positions she holds and as appropriate for the Corporation's evolving post-bankruptcy status.
Authorities and Responsibilities. 7 PDC, during the Term, shall have the exclusive authority and responsibility for 8 the management, administration, operation, use, scheduling, advertising, marketing, promotion, 9 security, licensing, provision of concessions, Maintenance, Repair, and Capital Improvement of 10 or at the Coliseum in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Without limitation of the 11 foregoing, throughout the Term PDC agrees to perform the following responsibilities:
12 3.2.1 Manage and operate the Coliseum so that the Public Goals and objectives 13 set forth in Section 3.4.2 are met;
14 3.2.2 Employ personnel and engage contractors, in accordance with the terms of 15 Sections 3.5 and 15, necessary and sufficient to perform PDC’s obligations under this 16 Agreement;
17 3.2.3 Provide for the scheduling of Events at the Coliseum, using Reasonable 18 Efforts, and the establishment of rental and usage rates for the Coliseum in accordance with the 19 terms of Section 4.2.2;
20 3.2.4 Provide for the marketing, advertising, and promotion of the Coliseum in 21 accordance with the terms of Section 4.2;
22 3.2.5 Provide for public safety, security and traffic control with respect to all 23 Events at the Coliseum in accordance with the terms of Section 4.3;
24 3.2.6 Grant concessions, licenses, and other comparable rights regarding the 25 Coliseum in accordance with the terms of Section 4.4;
1 3.2.7 Provide for the Maintenance and Repair of the Coliseum in accordance with 2 the terms of Section 4.5 and, without an affirmative duty of inspection, advise the City promptly 3 in writing of any condition in the Coliseum of which PDC’s officers or managerial employees 4 becomes aware which may indicate the need for a Structural Repair;
5 3.2.8 To the extent not otherwise exempt, pay all Impositions in accordance with 6 the terms of Section 4.6;
7 3.2.9 Purchase or lease and maintain all materials, tools, machinery, equipment, 8 and supplies necessary for the operation of the Coliseum and for the performance of PDC’s other 9 obligations under this Agreement in accordance with the terms of Section 4.7;
10 3.2.10 As provided in Section 4.9, work with XXX management to coordinate 11 and integrate the operations of the Coliseum and the Arena. As provided in Section 4.11, partake 12 in Advertising activities;
13 3.2.11 Establish the Operating Account and pay all Operating Expenses in 14 accordance with the terms of Sections 5.3 and 5.4, and pay all User Fees pursuant to Section 5.3;

Regional Managers and General Managers have the authority and responsibility for: endorsing applications for the Electrical Safety Rules Allowance. ensuring that all managers; and employees understand their responsibilities under this procedure Manager Employee Relations has the authority and responsibility for: monitoring compliance with this procedure and approve or reject applications for the Electrical Safety Rules Allowance. recording eligibility for Electrical Safety Rules Allowance against positions, and, ensuring human resources information systems are updated and accurate. providing training and testing in the Electrical Safety Rules; and providing timely and accurate training records to Employee Relations and/or Human Resources.
