Provided further that as a consequence of delay in Commissioning of the Project beyond the Scheduled Commissioning Date, subject to Article 14, the changed applicable Effective Tariff for the Project shall be 80% (eighty percent) of the Effective Tariff quoted by the Bidder, if the Project is commissioned within 3 (three) months thereafter.
