APPLICABLE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS AND STANDARDS. At the point of interconnection, the applicable technical requirements and standards of the Participating Transmission Owner(s) (“PTO”)) to whose facilities the Project will interconnect shall apply to the design, engineering, procurement, construction and installation of the Project. The remaining portion of the Project shall meet applicable industry standards and Good Utility Practice. At a minimum, all new facilities should comply with the current National Electric Safety Code.
