Applicable Use Rights. The latest Use Rights as updated from time to time, apply to the use of all Products, subject to the following exceptions. (i) For products with metered usage-based pricing (e.g. metered Microsoft Azure Services) Material adverse changes published after the start of a calendar month will apply beginning the following month.
