Common use of Applicant Warranties Clause in Contracts

Applicant Warranties. i. The Applicant states that s/he is over eighteen (18) years of age and s/he has full capacity to enter into a legally binding contract and open a Payment Account in his/her name. The Applicant shall be held personally liable for a false statement and Finductive shall not be held responsible for any liability resulting from a false statement.
