Common use of Applicants for whom Clause in Contracts

Applicants for whom. the NRMP believes it has credible evidence that they have violated the terms of this Agreement. Upon withdrawal from the Match for alleged violation of the terms of this Agreement, the applicant’s status in the R3 system will note “Pending Action,” which will remain in effect until the applicant has waived or exhausted all avenues of appeal. Applicants withdrawn from the SMS may appeal the action through the NRMP “Violations Policy”, which may be found on the NRMP website. The NRMP's authority to withdraw an applicant from the SMS under this section is in addition to its authority to impose sanctions for violations of this Agreement. The decision by the NRMP to withdraw an applicant under this section shall remain in place and shall not be subject to any suspension in the event the applicant contests the withdrawal or other action by the NRMP under the dispute resolution process set forth in Section 17.0.
