Applicants for whom. the NRMP believes it has credible evidence that they have violated the terms of this Agreement. Upon withdrawal from the Match for alleged violation of the terms of this Agreement, the applicant’s status in the R3 system will note “Pending Action,” which will remain in effect until the applicant has waived or exhausted all avenues of appeal. Applicants withdrawn from the SMS may appeal the action through the NRMP “Violations Policy”, which may be found on the NRMP website.
