Application and Adaptation Activities. SUBLICENSEE shall have the right to conduct activities constituting application or adaptation work intended to meet local consumer preferences and/or to reduce manufacturing costs with respect to Frozen Dessert Products for sale in the Territory by SUBLICENSEE or its Affiliates using Pillsbury Licensed Technology, as well as to provide related training to personnel of SUBLICENSEE or its Affiliates (including the Training) (collectively, "Pillsbury Technology Applications") at any facilities conducting application or adaptation work operated from time to time by SUBLICENSEE or its Affiliates at locations throughout the Territory, subject to the conditions set forth below and elsewhere in this Agreement.
