Application and Amendment Process; Installation. (i) A Verizon Collocator’s rights to install and operate any Verizon Communications Equipment at a Site in addition to or in replacement of the Verizon Communications Equipment existing at the Site as of the Effective Date shall not become effective until the following conditions are satisfied:
