Application and Effective Date Sample Clauses

Application and Effective Date. These Rules apply to any collective bargaining agreement or other written agreement covering a new unit outside the West, other than an agreement that was accepted by the Trustees in writing as a Pension Agreement before July 16, 2013, and to all employees at any time covered by that agreement, regardless of the proposed or actual effective date of Employer Contributions to the Trust Fund under that agreement; provided that no agreement subject to these Rules which is presented to the Trustees for acceptance after December 31, 2012, shall be accepted as a Pension Agreement under these Rules if the effective date of Employer Contributions to the Trust Fund under that agreement would be before January 1, 2012.
