Les entreprises de transport aérien de l’une des Parties contractantes se conforment aux xxxx et règlements régissant l’exploitation et la navigation des aéronefs en vigueur dans l’autre Partie contractante lors de leur entrée et de leur séjour sur le territoire de ladite Partie contractante ou de leur départ de celui-ci. 2. Les xxxx et règlements de l’une des Parties contractantes concernant l’admission sur son territoire ou le départ dudit territoire de passagers, d’équipages, de marchandises, de courrier et d’aéronefs (y compris les règlements relatifs à l’entrée, au dédouanement, à la sécurité aérienne, à la sûreté aérienne, à l’immigration, aux passeports, à la douane et à la quarantaine ou, dans le cas du courrier, aux règlements postaux) sont respectés par lesdits passagers et équipages ou marchandises transportés par les entreprises de transport aérien de l’autre Partie contractante ou au nom de ceux-ci, lors de leur entrée ou de leur séjour sur le territoire de l’une des Parties contractantes ou de leur départ de celui-ci. 3. Les xxxx et règlements susmentionnés d’une Partie contractante sont les mêmes que ceux qui s’appliquent aux aéronefs de ses propres entreprises de transport aérien assurant des services aériens internationaux similaires.

Les xxxx et règlements de l'une des Parties Contractantes régissant, sur son territoire, l'entrée, le séjour ou la sortie des aéronefs affectés à un service aérien international ainsi que l'exploitation et la navigation de ces aéronefs seront observés par l'entreprise de transport aérien désignée de l'autre Partie Contractante à l'entrée, à la sortie et à l'intérieur du territoire de la première Partie Contractante. 2. Les xxxx et règlements de l'une des Parties Contractantes régissant l'entrée, la sortie, le transit, l'immigration, les passeports, la douane, les devises, les formalités sanitaires et la quarantaine seront observés par l'entreprise de transport aérien désignée de l'autre Partie Contractante et par ses équipages et ses passagers ou en leur nom, et pour les marchandises et le courrier en transit, à l'entrée, à la sortie et à l'intérieur du territoire de cette Partie Contractante. 3. Aucune des Parties Contractantes n'accordera la préférence à sa propre entreprise ou à toute autre entreprise de transport aérien par rapport à l'entreprise de transport aérien de l'autre Partie Contractante qui assure des services internationaux analogues dans l'application de ses règlements mentionnés aux paragraphes 1 et 0 xx xxxxxxx xxxxxxx, xxxxx que dans l'utilisation des aéroports, des voies aériennes, des services de circulation et des installations y associées sous son contrôle.

  • Minimum Site Requirements for TIPS Sales (when applicable to TIPS Sale). Cleanup: When performing work on site at a TIPS Member’s property, Vendor shall clean up and remove all debris and rubbish resulting from their work as required or directed by the TIPS Member or as agreed by the parties. Upon completion of work, the premises shall be left in good repair and an orderly, neat, clean and unobstructed condition. Preparation: Vendor shall not begin a project for which a TIPS Member has not prepared the site, unless Vendor does the preparation work at no cost, or until TIPS Member includes the cost of site preparation in the TIPS Sale Site preparation includes, but is not limited to: moving furniture, installing wiring for networks or power, and similar pre‐installation requirements. Registered Sex Offender Restrictions: For work to be performed at schools, Vendor agrees that no employee of Vendor or a subcontractor who has been adjudicated to be a registered sex offender will perform work at any time when students are, or reasonably expected to be, present unless otherwise agreed by the TIPS Member. Vendor agrees that a violation of this condition shall be considered a material breach and may result in the cancellation of the TIPS Sale at the TIPS Member’s discretion. Vendor must identify any additional costs associated with compliance of this term. If no costs are specified, compliance with this term will be provided at no additional charge. Safety Measures: Vendor shall take all reasonable precautions for the safety of employees on the worksite, and shall erect and properly maintain all necessary safeguards for protection of workers and the public. Vendor shall post warning signs against all hazards created by the operation and work in progress. Proper precautions shall be taken pursuant to state law and standard practices to protect workers, general public and existing structures from injury or damage. Smoking: Persons working under Agreement shall adhere to the TIPS Member’s or local smoking statutes, codes, ordinances, and policies.

  • Joint Funded Project with the Ohio Department of Transportation In the event that the Recipient does not have contracting authority over project engineering, construction, or right-of-way, the Recipient and the OPWC hereby assign certain responsibilities to the Ohio Department of Transportation, an authorized representative of the State of Ohio. Notwithstanding Sections 4, 6(a), 6(b), 6(c), and 7 of the Project Agreement, Recipient hereby acknowledges that upon notification by the Ohio Department of Transportation, all payments for eligible project costs will be disbursed by the Grantor directly to the Ohio Department of Transportation. A Memorandum of Funds issued by the Ohio Department of Transportation shall be used to certify the estimated project costs. Upon receipt of a Memorandum of Funds from the Ohio Department of Transportation, the OPWC shall transfer funds directly to the Ohio Department of Transportation via an Intra- State Transfer Voucher. The amount or amounts transferred shall be determined by applying the Participation Percentages defined in Appendix D to those eligible project costs within the Memorandum of Funds. In the event that the Project Scope is for right-of-way only, notwithstanding Appendix D, the OPWC shall pay for 100% of the right-of-way costs not to exceed the total financial assistance provided in Appendix C.
