Application for Child Rearing leave in connection with the birth of a child shall be filed at least sixty (60) days prior to the anticipated birth date of the child. Application of Child Rearing Leave in connection with the placement of a child for adoption shall be filed immediately upon receipt by a Teacher of a notice of such placement.
