Application for Service. (a) You must comply with any application form or process we specify. (b) All information you provide in connection with an application must be true, correct, complete and not misleading.

Application for Service. A standard order form which includes all pertinent billing, technical, and other descriptive information which will enable the Company to provide the Service as required.
Application for Service. When a customer desires gas service, application shall be made to the Company specifying the date service is desired and the place where service is to be furnished. An oral application may be accepted by the Company although a written application or agreement may be required at the option of the Company at the time of application or at any later time.
Application for Service. 3.1 Upon request of Shipper, Company shall offer the requesting Shipper a Transportation Service Agreement in a form acceptable to Company. 3.2 Unless waived by Company, if a Shipper fails to execute and return to Company the Transportation Service Agreement which accurately reflects the Shipper’s submitted request for service within ten (10) Business Days after such agreement is tendered by Company for execution, then Xxxxxxx’s request and the Transportation Service Agreement shall be null and void. In all other circumstances, unless waived by Company, a Xxxxxxx’s submitted request for service and Transportation Service Agreement shall be null and void if the Shipper fails to execute and return to Company the tendered Transportation Service Agreement within thirty (30) days after such has been tendered to Shipper by Company for execution.

Application for Service. 1. Acceptance of your application is at SPTC’s sole discretion and evidence by an authorized SPTC signature in the space provided on the Internet Services Agreement. 2. This Terms of Service and Use Agreement, SPTC’s Internet Service Agreement, any riders, attachments, exhibits, or supplement attached hereto shall constitute the entire agreement between you and SPTC, and shall supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings or written or oral agreements between the parties. 3. You agree to maintain a voice grade telephone line from SPTC for each Internet service connection. Failure to maintain a voice grade telephone line from SPTC for each Internet service connection will result in an additional charge or termination of Service. 4. You give us permission to obtain your credit information from consumer credit reporting agencies at any time. If we determine that you may be a credit risk due to 1) unsatisfactory credit rating; 2) insufficient credit history; 3) fraudulent or abusive use of SPTC Service within the past five (5) years; or (4) late payments for current or prior bills, SPTC may refuse to provide the Service or we may require an advance payment, and/or deposit. You agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and release SPTC from any claim made as a result of the use and/or obtainment of such information. SPTC reserves the right to charge a security deposit. 5. You certify and warrant that the information given in the Service application is true and correct and that you are 18 years of age or older.
Application for Service. For clarification purposes, the only time that Customer is allowed to “reduce” the number of seats is during the “renewal” of an AFS, which would be reflected in the newly renewed AFS, so the Customer cannot “reduce” the number of seats ordered at any other time during the term.
Application for Service. The Company may refuse an application for service if objection is made by or on behalf of any governmental authority to furnishing the service. An application for service becomes a contract upon the establishment of service. Neither the contract nor any rights acquired under it may be assigned or transferred in any manner except as specifically provided for in this Service Agreement. Requests for additional service, when established, become a part of the original contract, except that each item of additional service is furnished subject to payment of applicable charges. If an applicant has an outstanding account with the Company, the Company reserves the right to reject application for service until the amount due for local services included in this Service Agreement has been paid in full. A contract for service may be transferred to another individual, partnership, association, or corporation. No billing adjustment for local exchange service previously furnished will be made and the new customer must assume all outstanding indebtedness of the original customer. No charge applies to service transferred in accordance with these provisions.
