Application Limits. This Agreement shall be relevant to investments made by investors of one of the Contracting Party in the territory of the other Contracting party before its entry into force provided that such investments have been made in accordance with its laws and regulations. This Agreement shall be applicable to subsequent investments made within the limits and coverage of this Agreement.
