Application - Lower Mainland/Fraser Valley. Unless otherwise mutually agreed by the Parties, in writing, all work performed within the Lower Mainland/Fraser Valley shall be governed by the C/I Addendum, other than work performed on an industrial project(s) where all employers that were legitimately competing for the available work are signatory with a BCBCBTU affiliate union(s).
