Shareholder Account Maintenance. (a) Maintain all shareholder records for each account in the Company.
(b) Issue customer statements on scheduled cycle, providing duplicate second and third party copies if required.
(c) Record shareholder account information changes.

Shareholder Account Maintenance. (i) Maintain all shareholder records for each account in each Portfolio.
(ii) Issue customer statements on scheduled cycle, providing duplicate second and third party copies if required.

(iv) Maintain account documentation files for each shareholder. Ultimus shall perform such other services for the Trust that are mutually agreed upon by the parties from time to time either at no additional fees or for such reasonable and customary fees as are mutually agreed upon by the parties; provided, however that the Trust may retain third parties to perform such other services. Such services may include performing internal audit examination; mailing the annual reports of the Portfolios; preparing an annual list of shareholders; and mailing notices of shareholders’ meetings, proxies and proxy statements, for all of which the Trust will pay Ultimus’ out-of-pocket expenses.
Shareholder Account Maintenance. For each direct shareholder account, Xxxxxxx agrees to perform the following services:
5.1. maintain all shareholder records for each account in the Fund;
5.2. as dividend disbursing agent, on or before the payment date of any dividend or distribution, notify the Fund’s custodian of the estimated amount of cash required to pay such dividend or distribution; prepare and distribute to shareholders any funds to which they are entitled by reason of any dividend or distribution and in the case of shareholders entitled to receive additional shares of the Fund by reason of any such dividend or distribution, make appropriate credit to their respective accounts and prepare and mail to such shareholders a confirmation statement with respect to such shares;
5.3. issue customer statements on a scheduled cycle, and provide duplicate second and third-party copies if required;
5.4. record shareholder account information changes; and
5.5. maintain account documentation files for each shareholder.

TRANSFER AGENT FEES Effective as of the Conversion Date, the Transfer Agent shall receive an account maintenance fee of $15.00 per year for each account which is in existence at any time during the month for which payment is made, such fee to be paid in equal monthly installments, plus out-of-pocket expenses, provided that the minimum annual fee to be paid by each Fund is $10,000.00. The Transfer Agent shall be entitled to this account maintenance fee on all accounts maintained in its records during the year, including those accounts which have a zero balance during any portion of the year. Additional Services: Additional services such as IRA xxxcessing, development of interface capabilities, servicing of 403(b) and 408(c) accounts, management of cash sweeps between DDAs and mutual fund accounts and coordination of the printing and distribution of prospectuses, annual reports and semi-annual reports are subject to additional fees which will be quoted upon request. Programming costs or database management fees for special reports or specialized processing will be quoted upon request.
