Application of Act and Board Rules. While this Agreement is outstanding, the Lender/Grantor and the Borrower/Grantee expressly acknowledge that this Agreement is governed by provisions and requirements of the Act and the Board Rules, as amended and supplemented, and all applicable provisions and requirements of the Act and Board Rules are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
