Application of Laws and Regulations. (1) The laws and regulations of one Contracting Party relating to the admission to, departure from or operation and navigation in its territory of aircraft engaged in the international operation shall be applicable to the aircraft of the designated airline of the other Contracting Party, while entering, departing from or operating and navigating in the territory of the first Contracting Party.
(2) The laws and regulations of one Contracting Party relating to admission to, stay in or departure from its territory of passengers, crew, baggage, cargo or mail, such as laws and regulations relating to entry, clearance, immigration, passports, customs and quarantine, shall be applicable to the passengers, crew, baggage, cargo or mail carried by the aircraft of the designated airline of the other Contracting Party while entering, staying in and departing from the territory of the first Contracting Party.
(3) Other relevant laws and regulations relating to aircraft and provisions in respect of civil aviation of one Contracting Party shall be applicable to the designated airline of the other Contracting Party while operating the agreed services in the territory of the first Contracting Party.
(4) Passengers, baggage, cargo and mail in direct transit and not leaving the area of the airport reserved for such purpose shall be subject to no more than a simplified control.
Application of Laws and Regulations. The relationship between THE BANK and THE CUSTOMER on the basis of each banking service shall be subject, by reason of the principle of specialty, to the terms contained in the activation form, the particular conditions, the general conditions, and the applicable legislation in effect, unless it is about mandatory rules, in which case they shall be applied in preference to all of the above.
Application of Laws and Regulations. (1) The laws and regulations of one Contracting Party relating to the admission to, stay in and departure from its territory of aircraft engaged in the international operation shall be applicable to the aircraft of the designated airline of the other Contracting Party, while entering, within, and departing from the territory of the first Contracting Party.
(2) The laws and regulations of one Contracting Party relating to admission to, stay in or departure from its territory of passengers, crew, cargo or mail, such as regulations relating to entry, passports, customs and quarantine, shall be applicable to the passengers, crew, cargo or mail carried by the aircraft of the designated airline of the other Contracting Party while entering, within and departing the territory of the first Contracting Party.
(3) Passengers, baggage and cargo in direct transit and not leaving the area of the airport reserved for such purpose shall be subject to no more than a simplified control.
Application of Laws and Regulations. Article 2.8 (Transfers) shall not be construed as preventing a Party from applying in an equitable and non-discriminatory manner, and in a way that would not constitute a disguised restriction on investment, its laws and regulations relating to: (a) bankruptcy, insolvency, bank recovery and resolution, the protection of the rights of creditors, or the prudential supervision of financial institutions; (b) issuing of, trading or dealing in financial instruments; (c) financial reporting or record keeping of transfers where necessary to assist law enforcement or financial regulatory authorities; (d) criminal or penal offenses, deceptive or fraudulent practices; (e) ensuring the satisfaction of judgments in adjudicatory proceedings; or (f) social security, public retirement or compulsory savings schemes. Application of Laws and Regulations. 1. While entering, within, or leaving the territory of one Contracting Party, its laws, regulations and rules relating to the operation and navigation of aircraft shall be complied with by the airlines designated by any other Contracting Party.
2. While entering, within, or leaving the territory of one Contracting Party, its laws, regulations and rules relating to the admission to or departure from its territory of passengers, crew or cargo on aircraft (including regulations relating to entry, clearance, aviation security, immigration, passports, customs and quarantine or, in the case of mail, postal regulations) shall be complied with by, or on behalf of, such passengers, crew or cargo of the airlines of any other Contracting Party.
3. Passengers, baggage and cargo in transit through the territory of any Contracting Party and not leaving the area of the airport reserved for such purpose shall not undergo any examination except for reasons of aviation security, narcotics control, prevention of illegal entry or in special circumstances.
Application of Laws and Regulations. THE PARTIES SHALL ABIDE BY ALL APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS IN THE PERFORMANCE OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.

(1) The laws and regulations of one Contracting Party relating to the admission to or departure from its area of aircraft engaged in international air navigation, or to the operation and navigation of such aircraft while within its area, shall be applied to the aircraft of the airline or airlines designated by the other Contracting Party and shall be complied with by such aircraft upon entry into, departure from, or while within, the area of the first Contracting Party.
(2) The laws and regulations of one Contracting Party relating to the admission to or departure from its area of passengers, crew and cargo (including mail), such as regulations relating to entry, clearance, immigration, passports, customs and quarantine, shall be complied with by or on behalf of such passengers, crew and cargo (including mail) of the airline or airlines designated by the other Contracting Party upon entry into, departure from, or while within, the area of the first Contracting Party.

(2) The laws and regulations of one Contracting Party relating to admission to, stay in or departure from its territory of passengers, crew, baggage, cargo or mail, such as laws and regulations relating to entry, clearance, immigration, passports, customs and quarantine, shall be applicable to the passengers, crew, baggage, cargo or mail carried by the aircraft of the designated airline of the other Contracting Party while entering, staying in and departing from the territory of the first Contracting Party.
(3) Other relevant laws and regulations relating to aircraft and provisions in respect of civil aviation of one Contracting Party shall be applicable to the designated airline of the other Contracting Party while operating the agreed services in the territory of the first Contracting Party.
(4) Passengers, baggage, cargo and mail in direct transit and not leaving the area of the airport reserved for such purpose shall be subject to no more than a simplified control.
(5) Neither Contracting Party may grant any preference to its own or any other airline over the designated airline of the other Contracting Party in the application of the laws and regulations referred to in this Article.
