Common use of Application of Amounts Collected Clause in Contracts

Application of Amounts Collected. Any amounts collected by the Trustee with respect to the Notes pursuant to this Article 5 and any amounts that may then be held or thereafter received by the Trustee with respect to the Notes hereunder shall be applied subject to Section 13.1 hereof and in accordance with the Priority of Payments set forth in Section 11.1 hereof, at the date or dates fixed by the Trustee.
