Repealer Sample Clauses

Repealer. In the event the Family and Medical Leave Act is repealed, then this section of this Article shall, as of the date of repeal, no longer be in force and effect.

Repealer. All bylaws, orders and resolutions or parts thereof, inconsistent herewith, are hereby repealed to the extent only of such inconsistency. This repealer shall not be construed as reviving any bylaw, order, resolution or ordinance or part thereof.

Repealer. All ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with the 7 provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
