Application of Certain Payments Not Relating to an Event of Taking. In case of a requisition for temporary use of all or a portion of any Leased Property which is not an Event of Taking, this Lease shall remain in full force and effect with respect to such Leased Property, without any abatement or reduction of Basic Rent, and the Awards for such Leased Property shall, unless an Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, be paid to the related Lessee.
