Application of Funds to Your Credit Card Account. If you or we close your Credit Card Account, or if you are in default under the Agreement, we may apply the Funds towards any outstanding Obligations. You will not be considered to have made a payment on your Credit Card Account because we have applied funds from the Collateral Account to your Credit Card Account. If you have any outstanding Obligations after the Funds are applied, you will be responsible for the repayment of such amounts, and we may continue to report your Credit Card Account as delinquent.
