Application of monies received by Manager. 1. Subject to Section VIII hereof, all insurance moneys compensation received or damages recoverable by the Manager in respect of any damage or loss suffered in respect of any part of the Land and the Development shall be expended by the Manager in the repair rebuilding or reinstatement of that part of the Land and the Development.
