Application of Payment Amounts. If at any time insufficient funds are received by and available to the Administrative Agent to pay fully all Obligations then due hereunder or with respect to all repayments after acceleration or an exercise of remedies from the proceeds of the Collateral, such funds shall be applied, in all cases consistent with the EETC Intercreditor, (i) first, towards payment of Fees and expenses then due under Sections 2.15 and 10.04 payable to the Lenders, Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent, in their respective capacities as such, (ii) second, towards payment of Fees and expenses then due under Section 2.17, Section 2.18, and Section 10.04 payable to the Lenders and towards payment of interest then due on account of the Loans, ratably among the parties entitled thereto in accordance with the amounts of such Fees and expenses and interest then due to such parties and (iii) third, towards payment of principal of the Loans then due hereunder and any fees under Section 2.10, ratably among the parties entitled thereto in accordance with the amounts of principal then due to such parties.
Application of Payment Amounts. If at any time insufficient funds are received by and available to the Administrative Agent to pay fully all Obligations then due hereunder, such funds shall be applied (i) first, towards payment of Fees and expenses then due under Sections 2.16 and 10.04 payable to the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Trustee, in their respective capacities as such, (ii) second, towards payment of Fees and expenses then due under Section 10.04 payable to the Lenders and towards payment of interest then due on account of the Term Loans, ratably among the parties entitled thereto in accordance with the amounts of such Fees and expenses and interest then due to such parties and (iii) third, towards payment of principal of the Term Loans then due hereunder, ratably among the parties entitled thereto in accordance with the amounts of principal then due to such parties.
