Application of Relinquished Vehicle Proceeds. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Closed-End Servicing Agreement or in any other Basic Document, until such time as the assignment of rights under Disposition Contracts to the Qualified Intermediary pursuant to the Master Exchange Agreement shall cease (and shall not thereafter resume) or, in the case of any Relinquished Vehicle, such assignment of rights shall be revoked with respect to such Relinquished Vehicle (but at no time thereafter), all Relinquished Vehicle Proceeds with respect to any Relinquished Vehicle shall be applied in accordance with the provisions of the Master Exchange Agreement (including Section 4.7 of such agreement).
