Remittance. The dues and other authorized deductions shall be remitted by the University to the UFF State Office on a biweekly basis within thirty (30) days following the end of the pay period. Accompanying each remittance shall be a list of the employees from whose salaries such deductions were made and the amounts deducted. This list shall be provided in machine-readable form.
Remittance. The Employer shall remit such membership dues and fair share fees deductions made pursuant to the provisions of this section to the appropriate designated officer of the Union within fifteen (15) calendar days of the date of the deduction along with a list of the names of the employees from whose wages deductions were made and not made.
Remittance. Lessee shall remit to Lessor or Lessor's nominee, simultaneously with the termination of this Lease, all funds remaining, if any, after payment of all accrued Gross Operating Expenses, and other amounts due Lessee and after deducting the costs of any scheduled repair, replacement, or refurbishment of Furniture and Equipment with respect to which deposits have been made.

(b) Accompanying each remittance shall be a list containing the following information:
(1) Names and department of the faculty from whose salaries the Board has made such deductions;
(2) Bi-weekly salary of each faculty member and

Remittance. Checks are to be made payable to The Regents of the University of California and sent to the address set forth in Exhibit A.
Remittance. All loan payments shall be made payable to the Colorado Department of Transportation, and sent to the Lender’s accounting branch at 0000 Xxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxx 000, Xxxxxx, XX 00000, or to such other place or person as may be designated by the Lender in writing.
Remittance. (a) All royalties and milestone payments required under this Section 4 shall be payable in full in the United States in United States Dollars, regardless of the countries in which sales are made. For the purpose of computing Net Sales for which a currency other than United States Dollars is received, such currency shall be converted into United States Dollars at the simple average of all Mondays' exchange rate for buying United States Dollars set forth in THE WALL STREET JOURNAL for the calendar quarter in which such sales were made.
(b) In the event that any payment due to NeoGenesis under this Agreement is not made when due, NeoGenesis shall be entitled, but not obliged, to demand interest on the amount due, which interest shall accrue beginning on the fifteenth (15th) day following the final date on which such payment was due, calculated at the annual rate equal to two percent (2%) above the prime interest rate reported in the WALL STREET JOURNAL for the due date, calculated from the due date until paid in full. Such payment when made shall be accompanied by all interest so accrued. Said interest and the payment and acceptance thereof shall not negate or waive the right of NeoGenesis to any other remedy, legal or equitable, to which it may be entitled because of the delinquency of the payment.
(c) If at any time legal restrictions imposed by any national authority prevent the conversion of the local currency and such currency cannot be removed from such country such that prompt remittance by OGS of any royalties owed by OGS to NeoGenesis in respect of sales in such country is prevented, the parties shall consult with a view to finding a prompt and acceptable solution, and OGS shall make payment through any lawful means or methods that may be available as NeoGenesis shall reasonably request at no additional out-of-pocket expense to OGS Notwithstanding the foregoing, if royalties in any country cannot be remitted to NeoGenesis for any reason within three (3) month after the end of the relevant Calendar Quarter, then OGS shall pay NeoGenesis in the local currency of such country by deposit of the relevant royalties in a bank account in such country designated by NeoGenesis.
Remittance. (a) The monies due for transportation sold by the General Sales Agent, shall be remitted as per the schedule advised by Air India.
(b) The General Sales Agent will remit the entire proceeds for sales made by the General Sales Agent for the Airway Bills of the Airlines. The General Sales Agent will continue to be entirely responsible for full payment of dues to Air India irrespective of what payment is received towards outstanding from defaulting agents appointed by the General Sales Agent. BANK GUARANTEE(To be submitted& Payable at Frankfurt , Germany)
(a) The General Sales Agent would prior to the execution and as a condition for enforceability of the General Sales Agency Agreement, provide Air India with an unconditional and ir- revocable Bank Guarantee in the format provided, for an amount of EURO------------------- ------ with a validity period of one year and a claim period of three months from the expiry of the Bank Guarantee. The amount of Bank Guarantee may be varied at any time at the discretion of Airlines based on the sales generated/frequencies operated and would be provided by General Sales Agent, on demand. The Airline shall be within its right to get the Bank Guarantee encashed for the recovery of all/ any of its dues/ towards the damages as may be ascertained to be payable by the GSA to the Airline under the GSA. The quantum of such damages/ the claim of damages shall be the sole prerogative of the Airline and the agent shall have no right to challenge such adjudication of damages by the Airline.
(b) Any agreement signed shall be deemed to terminate immediately upon first request by Airlines to the Bank, for remittance under the Bank Guarantee and/or if General Sales Agent fail to provide a replacement for an expired Bank Guarantee and/or if General Sales Agent does not provide Bank Guarantee as demanded by Airlines.
Remittance. The deductions and a list containing the names, social security numbers, and amount deducted from the teachers' checks for whom the deductions are made, will be forwarded to the Union within five days after the last working day of the month.
