Common use of Application of Revolving Loan Payments Clause in Contracts

Application of Revolving Loan Payments. Any payment made on Revolving Loans pursuant to this Section 2.08, Section 2.06, or Sections 2.07(b), (c), (d), (e), (f) or (g) shall be applied pro rata to each Bank's Revolving Loans in accordance with such Bank's Revolving Facility Percentage (and, in the case of a Bank with both Incremental Revolving Loans and Revolving Loans that are not Incremental Revolving Loans, allocated ratably among such Bank's Incremental Revolving Loans and Revolving Loans that are not Incremental Revolving Loans).
