Common use of Application of Revolving Loan Payments Clause in Contracts

Application of Revolving Loan Payments. Any payment made on Revolving Loans pursuant to this Section 2.07, Section 2.05, or Sections 2.06(b), (c), (d), or (e) shall be applied pro rata to each Lender’s Revolving Loans in accordance with such Lender’s Revolving Facility Percentage (and, in the case of a Lender with both Incremental Revolving Loans and Revolving Loans that are not Incremental Revolving Loans, allocated ratably among such Lender’s Incremental Revolving Loans and Revolving Loans that are not Incremental Revolving Loans).

Any payment made on Revolving Loans pursuant to this Section 2.072.08, Section 2.052.06, or Sections 2.06(b), subsections (c), b) – (d), or (eg) of Section 2.07 shall be applied pro rata to each LenderBank’s Revolving Loans in accordance with such LenderBank’s Revolving Facility Percentage (and, in the case of a Lender Bank with both Incremental Revolving Loans and Revolving Loans that are not Incremental Revolving Loans, allocated ratably among such LenderBank’s Incremental Revolving Loans and Revolving Loans that are not Incremental Revolving Loans).
