Application of Second Supplemental Indenture; Ratification. (a) Each and every term and condition contained in this Second Supplemental Indenture that modifies, amends or supplements the terms and conditions of the Base Indenture shall apply only to the Notes created hereby and not to any future series of Securities established under the Indenture.
