Application of Sixth Supplemental Indenture; Ratification. (a) Each and every term and condition contained in this Sixth Supplemental Indenture that modifies, amends or supplements the terms and conditions of the Base Indenture shall apply only to the Notes created hereby and not to any future series of Securities established under the Indenture. (b) The Base Indenture, as supplemented and amended by this Sixth Supplemental Indenture, is in all respects ratified and confirmed, and the Base Indenture and this Sixth Supplemental Indenture shall be read, taken and construed as the same instrument. (c) In the event of any conflict between this Sixth Supplemental Indenture and the Base Indenture, the provisions of this Sixth Supplemental Indenture shall prevail.
