APPLICATION OF THE CHAPTER. Article 1 The provisions of this Chapter shall apply with respect to any disputes concerning the interpretation, application of and/or non-compliance with the provisions of the Free Trade Agreement between MERCOSUR and the Arab Republic of Egypt and the decisions of the Joint Committee taken pursuant to this Agreement.
