APPLICATION OF THE CONTRACT. 2.1. In addition to the Contract, relationships pertaining to the provision of Services shall also be governed by laws and other legal acts of Switzerland, fees list and additional annexes signed by the Parties as well as the principles of soundness, justice and fairness in the provision of Payment services. 2.2. The present Contract determines the main terms and conditions between the Customer and the Company when the Customer registers in the Company’s system, opens an Account and uses other Services provided by the Company.
