Application Operations Sample Clauses

The Application Operations clause defines the rules and procedures governing how an application is managed and maintained during its lifecycle. It typically outlines responsibilities for tasks such as updates, monitoring, troubleshooting, and support, specifying which party is accountable for each operational aspect. By clearly delineating these operational duties, the clause ensures smooth functioning of the application and helps prevent disputes over maintenance and support obligations.
