Application to Designee. If Buyer designates an affiliate to receive and assume the Assigned Rights and Obligations pursuant to Section 2.5, all of the representations, warranties and covenants of Buyer contained in this Article 3 shall be deemed remade and to apply to Buyer’s designee as if the name of Buyer’s designee were substituted in place of Buyer in each instance other than the preamble to Article 3.
