Applications and Correspondence. The Transfer Agent will execute any instruments and documents in regard to the Retirement Accounts (including correspondence with various persons such as employers, Participants and beneficiaries) that the Trust submits to the Transfer Agent for that purpose. In no event will the Trust sign the Transfer Agent's name on any application or other document without the Transfer Agent's prior written approval.
