Correspondence. The Employer agrees that all correspondence between the Employer and the Union related to matters covered in this Agreement, shall be sent to the President of the Union or designate. The Employer agrees that a copy of any correspondence between the Employer or Employer's official and any employees in the bargaining unit covered by this Agreement, pertaining to the interpretation or application of any clause in this Agreement, shall be forwarded to the President of the Union or designate.
Correspondence. Self-study course material: Training provided via the assignment of non-interactive methods such as a book, document, regulation, or manual.
Correspondence. (a) The Employer agrees that all correspondence between the Employer and the Union related to matters covered in this Agreement shall be sent to the Chairperson of the Union Bargaining Committee and to the President of the Union or his/her designate.
(b) The Employer agrees that a copy of any correspondence between the Employer and any employee in the bargaining unit covered by this Agreement pertaining to the interpretation of any clause in this Agreement, shall be forwarded to the Chairperson of the Union Bargaining Committee and to the President of the Union or his/her designate.
Correspondence. The Agent agrees to deal with and answer all correspondence from or on behalf of shareholders relating to its functions under this Agreement.
Correspondence. All correspondence between the parties, arising out of this Agreement or incidental thereto shall pass to and from the Administrator or their designate and the Secretary of the Union with a copy sent to the Local President, National Representative of the Union and the Director of Human Resources.
Correspondence. RPS will promptly and fully answer correspondence from Administrators and Participants relating to Retirement Accounts and transfer agent procedures, and such other correspondence as may from time to time be mutually agreed upon with the Funds. Copies of all correspondence will be retained by RPS in accordance with applicable law.
Correspondence. All correspondence between the parties, arising out of this agreement or incidental thereto, shall pass to and from the Chief Executive Officer for the Employer and the Unit Chairperson for the Union.
Correspondence. 29.1 All correspondence between the Parties arising out of this collective agreement shall pass to and from the Director of Education or designate, and from the President of the Union or designate.

Promptly and fully answer correspondence from shareholders and Administrators relating to Shareholder Accounts, Retirement Accounts, transfer agent procedures, and such other correspondence as may from time to time be mutually agreed upon with the Funds. Unless otherwise instructed, copies of all correspondence will be retained by Price Services in accordance with applicable law and procedures.
Correspondence. Trust Company will answer correspondence from Administrators relating to Plan and Plan participant accounts and such other correspondence as may from time to time be mutually agreed upon and notify the Fund of any correspondence which may require an answer from the Fund.
