Applications of Moneys. If any sum paid or recovered in respect of the liabilities of Lessee under this Agreement is less than the amount then due, Lessor may apply such sum to Rent, interest, fees or any other amount due under this Agreement in such proportions and order and generally in such manner as Lessor shall determine.
