Appointed Representative. On or before the Distribution Date, each Party shall appoint a representative who shall be responsible for administering the dispute resolution provisions in Section 10.2 (each, an “Appointed Representative”). Each Appointed Representative shall have the authority to resolve any Disputes on behalf of the Party appointing such representative.
