Subscribing insurers Sample Clauses

The 'Subscribing insurers' clause defines which insurers are participating in providing coverage under a policy and specifies their respective shares of liability. In practice, this clause lists each insurer involved, often with the percentage of the total risk they are responsible for, and may outline how claims or communications should be handled among them. Its core function is to ensure transparency and clarity regarding which insurers are bound by the policy and to what extent, thereby preventing disputes over responsibility in the event of a claim.
Subscribing insurers. The subscribing insurers’ obligations under this policy are several and not joint and are limited solely to the extent of their individual subscriptions. The subscribing insurers are not responsible for the subscription of any co-subscribing insurer who for any reasons does not satisfy all or part of its obligations.
