Common use of Appointing Contractors Clause in Contracts

Appointing Contractors. 5.2.1 The TSP shall conform to the requirements as provided in this Agreement while appointing Contractor(s) for procurement of goods & services. 5.2.2 The appointment of such Contractor(s) shall neither relieve the TSP of any of its obligations under this Agreement nor make the Nodal Agency liable for the performance of such Contractor(s).
