Appointing Users. The Client can appoint Users in order to access to the Payment Account and to use the Payment services on its behalf. Login Credentials shall be assigned to each User in order to access their Profile. The Client shall determine, for each User, the scope of rights they have on the Payment Account. The User’s Profile is personalised according to the authorisations granted by the Client. The authorisation form is accessible in Appendix 2 of the Agreement or directly from the Client’s Profile. This authorisation shall only have effect from the date of receipt by the Establishment. The authorisation may be revoked at any time by the Client by informing the Establishment. The Client shall be responsible for ensuring that all Users have been notified of a revocation or the termination of this Agreement. The Client expressly relieves the Establishment and the Institution of the professional secrecy regarding the information related to the User that is necessary to use the Payment Account.

  • Appointing Authority If the grievance is not settled under Step 1, it may be formally submitted to the appointing authority. The grievance shall be submitted within seven (7) days after receipt of the written decision from Step 2 or the verbal decision of Step 1, whichever applies. Within seven (7) days after receipt of the written grievance, the appointing authority or designated representative shall meet with the employee.
